Warranty
Koura provides a lifetime warranty on all
jewelry against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover normal wear and

Repair

misrepresentation of identity, or unauthorized transactions, will have their
account suspended immediately. Legal action may be pursued if necessary.
Misuse of Promotional Offers
Abuse of Discounts & Coupons:
Promotional offers, discounts, and coupon codes can only be used once per customer. Koura reserves the right to withdraw any offer or discount if misuse or fraudulent activity is detected.

altered jewelry are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Refund Policy Abuse:
Returns or refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration. Koura reserves the right to charge the customer for any damage caused by misuse.
