Refund Abuse:

Customers are prohibited from abusing the return or refund policies by returning used, altered, or misrepresented items. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for products that do not meet the criteria outlined in our Return & Exchange Policy.

Products are eligible for refund or replacement only if the original product tag is intact and returned along with the product in its original box. Items without the tag or original packaging will not be accepted.

Returns or refunds will not be processed for items that show signs of use, damage, or alteration. Koura reserves the right to charge the customer for any damage caused by misuse.

Refunds for debit/credit card or net banking payments will be processed through the same transaction and take 7-10 business days.
